At the age of eight, he started playing in Ecuador with his father, also a great musician. He had already traveled to the United States at the age of 12 and moved to Canada participating as a main and founder member of "Kanatan Aski" band. Also and was nominated for the Grammy Award for Canadian and world folk music. After that, he arrived to Japan and participated in "SISAY"band.

A quena player who is full of musicality and has an excellent technique that can easily be Ecuador's number one player of this instrument. In addition, he has an award-winning in songwriting activities, and his talent for arrangement is top notch.

Quena (Andean flute)

Quena is the most representative instrument of the Andes. Attracted by it's magical and natural sound that deeply expresses the feelings of the performer of Quena, it has become known and played worldwide. It's a very difficult wind instrument until you can make a sound, however the moment the tone comes out, it connects and become a part of the performer.
